With over 20 years of experience leading early- and growth-stage healthcare companies, Steve Duddy has served as CEO, VP of Sales & Marketing, and strategic advisor across the MedTech, biopharma, and diagnostics industries. He has led successful product launches, raised over $20M in capital, built high-performing commercial teams, and guided companies through regulatory pathways, scale-up, and strategic exits.
Before founding Duddy Executive Services, Steve held executive roles at venture-backed startups and global healthcare leaders including Johnson & Johnson and 3M. He is also a Council Member at GLG and an active advisor to VCs, boards, and accelerators.
